The North Dakota Chamber supports emphasis on new wealth creation in North Dakota.
The North Dakota Chamber will:
- Support reasonable accountability measures for economic development which will not deter development of new or expanding businesses.
- Support the continued strategy of targeting specific industries for growth in North Dakota.
- Support legislative efforts to make North Dakota a leader in providing protection for intellectual property.
- Support efforts to improve the state's image and enhance the marketing of state services and resources for businesses.
- Support business automation, innovation, and technology investment to grow North Dakota businesses.
- Support research and development tax credits for all North Dakota businesses.
- Encourage business relationships to promote access for North Dakota businesses to the fiber optic backbone.
